Proverbs 8:32-35 Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways. Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the Lord.
I was trying to find a scripture on the importance of having balance in our lives - and this scripture in Proverbs fit perfectly. My life has definitely not been in balance over these past couple of weeks, and each day, I could feel myself being drained more and more. It is SO important to stay balanced in our daily lives - and this can only happen if we focus our lives on and around our Savior Jesus Christ. We can do this by "watching daily" - communicating/praying daily with our Heavenly Father, studying/feasting on our scriptures daily - only by doing these things can we find the balance in our lives, and find the strength to endure our daily challenges.
