Prepare Our Families

6 But he kept his men round about, as if making preparations for war; yea, and truly he was preparing to defend himself against them, by casting up walls round about and preparing places of resort. (Book of Mormon | Alma 52:6)

I love this scripture!! It outlines exactly what we need to do to help our families in this world:

• We need to keep our family close (around about us)
• Make preparations for war (be aware,teach our children the gospel so they will be prepared),
• Be prepared to defend yourselves (teach your children to defend themselves, family preparedness i.e ., food storage etc.)
• Cast up your family walls (make your home a place of safety) and 
• Find those places of resort (stand in holy places).
